The Bayside S.T.E.M. Academy’s mission is to develop accomplished lifelong learners who are facile with -- and leaders and entrepreneurs in -- science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

We do this by offering a high quality instructional program which:

• Integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) rather than teaching them only in silos
• Provides hands-on opportunities, including exhibits and competitions, to practice design thinking, with real-world issues
• Is taught by an outstanding faculty comprised of specialists in S.T.E.M.
• Offers a grades 6-8 Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) Program with accelerated and advanced classes for children who qualify
