The PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) at the Bayside STEM Academy (officially called "Bayside Middle School PTSA") invites you to join us to make a difference in the education and quality of life for all children. By joining the Bayside PTSA, you also become a member of the California PTA and the National PTA.
PTSA membership allows you to have input into the programs and activities that PTSA sponsors. This year, the Bayside PTSA will sponsor such activities and tools such as:

There are lots of ways to support the PTSA:
Become a member: The dues for the 2011-12 membership are $10 per person or $25 for a family membership. Please complete the attached PTSA membership form, attach your membership dues, and return it to the office. Checks can be made payable to Bayside Middle School PTSA. PTSA Membership form is here.
Make a direct donation: In these times of tight school budgets, bringing quality programs to our students requires parent and family support. For 2011-2012, every family is requested to make a tax-deductible direct donation of $100 to the school. If you make a direct donation of $100 or more, you will receive a free family membership. Volunteer: Every family is being asked to volunteer at least 30 hours a year for each child. Please complete the attached volunteer form to let us know ways in which you would be interested in volunteering at our school and return it to the school office. Direct donation/volunteer form
Join eScrip: eScrip is an important part of our school’s fundraising program. We ask that every family help us make our fundraising goal. Please register for eScrip.
· Log onto www.eScrip.com. Enter the School (Bayside Middle School) or Group ID (6600715).
· You can also register your debit and credit cards.
· Shop at eScrip merchants!
· Use your eScrip registered cards for all your purchases.
· A percentage of purchases will be automatically contributed by the merchant.
