Monday

Rotary sponsored homework club meets
after school until 4:30 p.m.

STEM-dClub (6th Grade Only)  meets at lunch in Room 20 with Mr. Brunner

Bayside Art Club (6th Grade Only) meets at lunch in Room 18 starting 9/22

KAAT Club meets on Mondays from 2:45 -3:45 p.m. in Room 18

 

Tuesdays

Mandarin Club meets at 2:45 in Room 11.

STEM-dClub (6th Grade Only)  meets at lunch in Room 20 with Mr. Brunner

Bayside Art Club (7th Grade & 8th Grade only) meets at lunch in Room 18

 

Wednesdays

Chess Club meets at 1:45 in Room 3 starting 9/17 

Wizbots meets at 1:40 in Room A starting 9/10

Tennis club meets after school until 4:30 p.m.

Attention members of STEM dClub

Please finish your lunch before reporting to room 20 for club time.  6th Graders should choose to attend either Monday or Tuesday, but not both days.  Sign ups for Monday or Tuesday are posted outside room 20.  You do not need a pass if your name is on the list.   7th and 8th graders also do not need a pass to attend, so report to room 20 after you finished your lunch.

If you haven't yet joined the Bayside STEM Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) or provided a direct donation to support programs at the school, please download the membership/donation form here (in English and Spanish) and bring the form and your check to the school office.

MATH PLACEMENT INFORMATION

The San Mateo-Foster City School District is working alongside the San Mateo Union High School District to establish math pathways for students in 6th – 12th grade in alignment with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). The approved CCSS Math Pathways will be implemented at all our schools in the same manner to ensure equity and consistency of instruction and materials. The pathways allow opportunities for students to accelerate and support for students who may need more instruction to be successful. See the following documents for more information.

P.E. Uniforms

The P.E department has some extra youth sized shirts, shorts, sweats and sweatshirts.  If you still need to buy P.E clothes or exchange for a different size, please come by room 40 before or after school.
